What We Have Learned: Part 1

As part of our reflection on Museum week, we asked the kids the talk about what they have learned when they visited each of the museums. We loved all of the responses we got, and here are just a couple of our favorites.

Camp Haven Counselors

This Summer we are joined by an amazing team of people to make Camp Haven truly great! Here are their names, and a little about what they do:

Lewis - Children's Coordinator for Haven Family House

Lewis works with all the children at Haven, not just the ones in the camp, and he coordinates all the volunteers that will help make Camp Haven excellent

Leslie - Assistant Children's Coordinator

Leslie helps with camp details, and assists the youngest campers to make sure they are having fun too

Cameron - Head Camp Counselor

Cameron is the leader of the summer, he helps volunteers, organizes projects, and is in charge of the health and safety of all the campers

Volunteers - Week-to-week help

All of our volunteers are amazing, they have each chosen a week to make really special, they invest their time and effort to create and run fun and interesting activities. They are the ones who get the kids excited and engaged, and make sure everyone is having a great experience!
